Twenty years ago,  podiatrist Jennifer Spencer and chiropractor Howard Hughes established Real Time Reception to help fellow health professionals  grow their businesses while they concentrated on their clients. Jennie explains how it all started:

“As busy practitioners, we knew the pressures of giving outstanding care whilst juggling enquiries, telephone calls and diary management. Most health professionals can’t afford a full time receptionist of their own and they don’t get enough calls to warrant a fulltime receptionist. But you don’t know when people will call in, and you don’t want to miss the call when they do.

We were confident there was a better way!

We established a small team of specialist receptionists to support physiotherapists, podiatrists, chiropractors, counsellors and similar professionals – so they could focus on their clients whilst we answered their calls, converted new enquiries and booked appointments.”
