In 2006, chiropractor Howard Hughes and podiatrist Jennifer Spencer established Real Time Reception to help fellow health professionals concentrate on their clients and grow their businesses.
As busy practitioners, Howard and Jennifer knew the pressures of giving outstanding care whilst juggling enquiries, telephone calls and diary management. They were confident there was a better way!
With other health care professionals, they established a team to help physiotherapists, podiatrists, chiropractors, counsellors and similar professionals to focus on their clients – whilst they answered their calls, converted new enquiries and booked appointments with their new call answering service.
